What is the Career Conversion Programme for Tourism Professionals?
The CCP for Tourism Professionals is a programme aimed to equip RnF, mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) to convert into Tourism jobs via Place-and-Train modality, and support employers to reskill existing Tourism professionals whose jobs may be at risk of displacement via Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) modality. By coming onboard the programme, your company will be able to receive salary support for as high as 90%* of eligible grant quantums.

Overview of the Programme
• Job Redesign Reskilling for existing employees (up to 3 months); and
• Place-and-Train for PMET new hires (up to 6 months)
• Place-and-Train for Rank and File (RnF) new hires (Upto 3 months)

Job Functions
• New hires PMET candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > $3,500 before commencement of the programme
• New hires RnF candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > $2,400 before commencement of the programme
• JRR PMET candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > $3,000 at the point of application
• JRR RnF candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > $2,300 at the point of application

- Enhanced Rate is for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
