The Jobs-Skills Integrator for Retail Sector (JSIT-R) is a transformative initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG), and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) supported by NTUC LearningHub. Our goal is to support retail businesses through workforce skills development and technological adoption, preparing the retail industry for the future.

SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a train-and-place programme to support mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. SCTP trainees will attend various training courses including retail industry courses and e-commerce courses in addition to LHUB’s career advisory services and employment facilitation.
