Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Educational Background: Tertiary education (Diploma and above) in any fields or complete Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Sourcing
- Work Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or related fields
- Age: 21 years old and above
- Language: Have good English proficiency (English language at GCE 'O' Level of C6 and above, or WSQ Workplace Literacy skills of Level 6 and above). Please refer to the table below table for acceptable alternatives.

- WSQ Inventory Management
- WSQ Contract Development and Management for Procurement
- WSQ Negotiation for Buyer
- WSQ Strategy Planning for Procurement
- WSQ Strategic Sourcing
- WSQ Procurement Policy & Management
- WSQ Vendor Performance Management
Upon completion of the programme, learners will be awarded the following certification:
- SSG Statement of Attainment (SOA) for each course
- NTUC LearningHub Diploma in Procurement and Sourcing
