The WSQ Certificate in Generic Manufacturing Skills Integrated Assessment Pathway (CGM IAP) is a 2-day programme created to test the skills and competencies of workers in the Manufacturing industry.

Able to speak, read and write in basic English Or
Participants with the following competency ratings from the Employability Skills System (ESS) are eligible:
- Listening/Speaking Min. Level 3
- Reading/Writing Min. Level 3
- Numeracy Min. Level 3

Course Outline

This assessment programme will test the competency level of operational-level workers in the Precision Engineering and Aerospace industry. Candidates will be assessed in basic teamwork building, manufacturing 5S techniques, planning and carrying out daily work schedules, improving work quality, usage of hand tools as well as basic measuring equipment.

Module 1: WSQ Apply Teamwork in the Workplace

Module 4: WSQ Use Hand Tools
Module 5: WSQ Operate Basic Measuring Devices
