Arun conducts training in Workplace Safety & Health and Risk Management.

With over two decades in the marine, construction, process plant & recycling cum manufacturing industries in Operational and Health & Safety roles, Arun delivers content and shares the best practices in Workplace Safety & Health and Risk Management to trainees of all levels.

Arun holds a Bachelor of Science (Upper Second Class Honours) in Safety, Health & Environmental Management from Leeds Beckett University, England, and a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health from NTUC LearningHub. He has also attained various certificates in Workplace Safety & Health such as Fire Safety Management (Awarded by Civil Defence Academy, Singapore) and Environmental Control Officers' Course (Awarded by Singapore Polytechnic & National Environment Agency).

Chandra conducts training in areas related to Customer Service, Stress Management, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Time Management, Motivational & Personal Effectiveness programmes.

He is an eloquent speaker and charismatic facilitator with over 30 years of extensive and rich experience in the field of learning, development, and service excellence. Whilst his unparalleled blend of dynamism and passion has inspired many, Chandra’s commanding personality and versatility allows him to create a conducive and experiential learning environment for learners.

Chandra holds a Diploma in Teaching English To Speakers of Other Languages from London Teacher Training College.

Donus conducts training in areas related to Resiliency, Positive Mindset Change, Mental Well-Being, Leadership & Management of Difficult situations programmes offered by Healthcare Academy.

He has over two decades of experience in both the private and public sectors in teaching, research, and consultancy roles to enhance human and psychological capital.

Donus holds a Master of Science (Distinction) in Clinical Neuroscience from the University of London, a Master of Science (Distinction) in Research (Psychology) from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from The Australian National University.

John conducts training in areas related to Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Customer Service Management, Design Thinking & other Soft Skills areas.

With over a decade of corporate experience in various industries from Banking, Food & Beverage, to Travel, John delivers training in a unique way that makes it come alive! John believes that life is about adding value to others. It is about getting the basics right as he always says, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication"!

John is a certified trainer for John Maxwell’s leadership course and John Kotter Change Management. He is also a certified practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict & Mediation, and Personality profiling.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Flinders University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development.

Bee Hoon conducts training in areas related to IT Skills.

She has close to three decades of training experience in the IT Training industry. In addition, she is a highly qualified IT trainer certified by Microsoft and the National Computer Board, as well as approved by the Ministry of Education to teach computer-related subjects ranging from Certificate to Advanced Diploma Courses. With her extensive experience in customising and designing Microsoft Application training programmes, Bee Hoon is able to develop and deliver customised courseware to meet individualised training needs of companies from different industries.

Bee Hoon holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Computer Science from University of Wolverhampton.

Samuel conducts training for Taxi Driver's Vocational Licence (TDVL) and Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL).

Prior to joining NTUC LearningHub, he has close to two decades of experience as an in-house trainer in the transport, education, and technology industries where he had the opportunity to train drivers to be proficient in CPR and AED as part of the AED-on-Wheels Programme. He is also a strong believer in continuous learning and improving his trade and has recently been certified as a Nearpod Certified Educator.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Second Class Honours) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University, India.

Ram conducts training in areas related to Leadership Excellence, Business Excellence, Workplace Skills and Service Excellence.

He has over three decades of experience in both the private and public sectors including Financial Services - Retail and Learning and Development. With his versatility, engaging presence, and diverse industry experience in hosting, facilitating, and relating to a diverse group ranging from the PMETs to the C-suite, such as Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy's Senior Management Program.

Besides personalising and customising training for multinational corporations, universities, and private associations, Ram also specialises in helping top-level executives to improve their operational efficiencies; relate better through communication skills, pioneer creativity through design thinking skills, become better leaders through leadership and people management, deliver greater service excellence and move up the next level through career coaching.

Ram holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, the United States, and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford, England.

Vaanan conducts training in security.

Prior to becoming a trainer, Vaanan was in the security industry where he developed his operational, manpower management, and technical skills in areas such as VIP protection and Body Guard Services. He was also an English teacher in the Ministry of Education Malaysia for over a decade.

Vaanan holds a Diploma in Security & Fire Safety Management from Temasek Polytechnic in collaboration with Cisco.

Yen Thaw conducts training in areas related to Fundamentals of the Personal Data Protection Act (FoPDPA).

With close to three decades of law practice and over a decade of running his own law firm, Yen Thaw serves in roles such as Chief Legal Officer, Resident Management Consultant, and Chief PDPA consultant to various Singapore companies and trains Data Protection Officers. He is also a registered management consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore). To him, “Law is a persuasion, management consultancy – a profession, and training – a passion”.

Yen Thaw has developed his own critical thinking process called QUESTS© – used for decision making, problem-solving, and process development, and an original design thinking model – DT D.E.S.I.G.N. He regularly delivers and conducts corporate training, masterclasses, workshops, keynote speeches, speaking assignments, and panel moderation on various subjects.

Zainal conducts training in areas related to Workplace Skills.

He has a wealth of experience in training, front-line sales, business management to human resources (sales) which he imparts and shares with his trainees. Zainal has also previously collaborated with e2i in developing both Attitude-Skills & Knowledge (ASK) and Executive Workshop (EW) programmes, training thousands of retrenched workers from 2007 until 2009. He is a strong believer in thinking out-of-the-box and strongly advocates these in his training sessions, posing fun challenges throughout his training.

Zainal holds various professional qualifications and certificates such as Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Certified Service Innovator (TSI) Program Facilitator, and People Developer Consultant.
