Course Overview
Participants who attend this course will learn to develop abilities to work and communicate effectively in a diverse team environment and negotiate for mutually beneficial outcomes. Roles, rules, and relationships of members in a team and stages of team building will be discussed.

Course Objectives
On completion of this unit, the learner will be able to apply effective communication techniques to maintain open communication, resolve issues and concerns, and provide support to team members to achieve individual and team goals while taking into consideration diversity issues.

Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
