Arunagiri S/O Doraikannan (Arun)
Arun conducts training in Workplace Safety & Health and Risk Management.With over two decades in the marine, construction, process plant & recycling cum manufacturing industries in Operational and Health & Safety roles , Arun delivers contents and share the best practices in Workplace Safety & Health and Risk Management to trainees of all levels.
Arun holds a Bachelor of Science (Upper Second Class Honours) in Safety, Health & Environmental Management from Leeds Beckett University, England and a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health from NTUC LearningHub. He has also attained various certificates in Workplace Safety & Health such as Fire Safety Management (Awarded by Civil Defence Academy, Singapore) and Environmental Control Officers' Course (Awarded by Singapore Polytechnic & National Environment Agency).
Chandrasekran S/O Shunmugam (Chandra)
Chandra conducts training in areas related to Customer Service, Stress Management, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Time Management, Motivational & Personal Effectiveness programmes.He is an eloquent speaker and charismatic facilitator with over 30 years of extensive and rich experience in the field of learning, development, and service excellence.
Whilst his unparalleled blend of dynamism and passion has inspired many, Chandra’s commanding personality and versatility allows him to create a conducive and experiential learning environment for learners.
Chandra holds a Diploma in Teaching English To Speakers of Other Languages from London Teacher Training College.
Donus Loh
Donus conducts training in areas related to Resiliency, Positive Mindset Change, Mental Well-Being, Leadership & Management of Difficult situations programmes offered by Healthcare Academy.He has over two decades of experience in both the private and public sector in teaching, research and consultancy roles to enhance human and psychological capital.
Donus holds a Master of Science (Distinction) in Clinical Neuroscience from University of London, a Master of Science (Distinction) by Research (Psychology) from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from The Australian National University.
Benedict Lim Zhi Xiang
Benedict conducts training in areas related to Stress, Resilience, Change Management, Growth Mindset programmes offered by Healthcare Academy.
He is also the CEO & Chief Psychologist of iGROW, an award-winning psychological consulting firm that specialises in Leadership, Culture & Engagement. With more than a decade of experience working with corporations large and small across different industries, he has contributed to many positive results in seeing businesses succeed and empowering individuals.
Benedict has also presented in many national & international conferences in areas relating to Building Psychological Capital and Well-being.
Benedict holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling from University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University for Humanities.

Clement Arul Jeeva Susai Arul
Clement conducts training in areas related to cybersecurity.He is a principal technology architect, consultant, security professional and an evangelist with over two decades of IT experience in areas such as cybersecurity, ethical hacking, security risk & governance, Big Data, IoT, systems analysis, digital forensics and project management. His passion in cybersecurity has also led him to receciving awards from CyberSecurity Excellence Awards and Cyber Security Malaysia, Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation.
Clement holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class with Distinction) in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
