What is Professional Conversion Programme for Professional Executives (PCP-PE)?
Professional Conversion Programme for Professional Executives (PCP-PE) is a career conversion programme by Workforce Singapore (WSG), in partnership with NTUC LearningHub as the Programme Partner, for mid-career PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians), to undergo skills conversion and move into in-demand jobs . We encourage companies to give PMETs without prior experience a chance for new roles within your organisation.
You will equip your PCP trainees with the required skills through relevant courses available from NTUC LearningHub’s course directory and on-the-job training. By coming onboard the programme, your company will be able to receive salary support and course fees funding for as high as 90% of eligible grant quantum*.
