Course Overview

Programme Code: P190129TID

Most people are afraid to make decisions as they fear making a wrong choice can result in failures. This thinking often holds them back from reaching their full potential as they fear stepping out of their comfort zones. Experimental mindset is built around making life an experiment. This involves looking at problems as opportunities to explore using a rational process to control decisions and choices. This will help one cope with challenges and uncertainty both in work and life.

This course, Cultivating an Experimental Mindset, aims to share with learners how adopting an experimental mindset can help them to thrive in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
