Who Should Attend

This course is designed for Agile Coaches or aspiring coaches with a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice the art of facilitation, professional coaching, mentoring and teaching in service of various Agile teams. Other relevant roles include Scrum Masters, Iteration Managers, Agile Project Managers and Leaders. Although it is not a formal prerequisite, this certification is best pursued after Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF).

This workshop focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. In this 3-day ICAgile certified workshop, attendees will learn to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching. Attendees will be introduced to foundational team coaching skills and team development concepts for starting and growing teams while focusing on teams and organisations as human systems.

Participation in this highly interactive workshop will give attendees the necessary skills to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team. A key learning objective of this workshop is to develop an understanding of the professional coaching skillset and the value of honing these skills to serve individuals on an agile team.

Day 1

Conduct a Teaching lab

At the end of Day 2, attendees will have achieved the following Learning Outcomes:

Internal vs External Coaches 

Getting started as an Agile Coach

Activities and Role-play as a Coach based on real workplace examples to gain confidence as a Coach and to apply the learnings from the workshop

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

After completing this 3-days workshop and successfully demonstrating the understanding of all Learning Outcomes, participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) personal certificate which is recognised worldwide. The certification is governed and maintained by ICAgile.

Eligibility

Individual:

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents physically based in Singapore
  • Trainee has to complete 100% attendance and pass all relevant assessments and examinations
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria

Corporate:

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents physically based in Singapore
  • Company must be Financial Institutions regulated by MAS (licensed or exempted from licensing). FinTech firms must be certified by Singapore FinTech Association (SFA)
  • Trainee has to complete 100% attendance and pass all relevant assessments and examinations
  • Eligible company-sponsored trainees will be able to clock CPD hours upon successful course completion

Class Allowance

For courses commencing before 1st January 2021:

  • Singapore Citizens and permanent residents of all ages will receive course fee subsidies of 95%
  • Training Allowance – $10 per training and assessment hour (Self-sponsored individuals), $15 per training and assessment hour (Sponsoring companies in Finance and Banking)

For all courses commencing after 1st January 2021 and before 1st July 2021 :

  • Singapore Citizens and permanent residents of all ages will receive course fee subsidies of 95%
  • Training Allowance – $15 per training and assessment hour (Sponsoring companies in Finance and Banking)

For all courses commencing after 1st July 2021 and before 31st December 2021 :

  • Singapore Citizens and permanent residents of all ages will receive course fee subsidies of 90%
