The nature of leadership has changed. The longstanding top down, directive style of leadership is not successful in the current, adaptive work environment. These environments require a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.
This course focuses on developing mindful leaders who aim to create a team environment that boosts business agility. In the Leading with Agility course, you will learn to evaluate different mental models and leadership styles, what constitutes effective leadership in this new paradigm, and how to drive agility to lead transformation.

Course Objectives
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Develop personal agility, where you will find out how to develop a growth mindset and how to assess yourself as a leader.
- Develop relationship agility, where you will learn why organizations are so similar to human systems and how to exercise agility as a leader.
- Understand agility characteristics, where you will understand why transformation is needed and how to lead from the future and the larger context.

As this is a government subsidised programme, the entire training programme will be video recorded for audit purposes by the relevant funding agency. To ascertain their presence, Trainees / Participants are required to
