Course Overview
Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success. It focusses on taking action to quickly build out ideas, test and refine. It is a proven blue print for to come up with innovative solutions within a short period of time.
The program will help participants to facilitate and guide stakeholders to apply design thinking methodologies and processes for the organisation through case studies and activities. There will be special focus on problem solving for digital transformation in an increasingly digital world.
The workshop, conducted by a Design Thinking expert, will ensure participants work through the six stages of the Design Thinking process to facilitate unique and innovative solutions.

This workshop is suitable for supervisory and managerial staff that have prior knowledge of Design Thinking or have attended the Design Thinking for Operations module.

- Facilitate the appropriate use of divergence and convergence processes and methodologies

- Establish metrics to measure outcomes of design ideas and prototypes
