This course aims to equip the trainee with the knowledge and ability to create, implement and manage automation in the company workflows. This will help the trainee have a better and more in-depth appreciation of the business, thereby increasing his value while enhancing his own skillset.

- Objectives, requirements, functions and desired outputs of a workflow
- Release components
- Align with other workflow designers/stakeholders and coordinate the release schedules
Features & Functions
- Functions of workflow tool (Workflow Designer, Rules, Datatypes and Reporting formats)
- Apply and configure workflows using scripts and tools
Building the Workflow
- Panel and workflow build
- Utilise workflow tool function to design a workflow
Debugging
- Debugging tool to flush out bugs
- Configuration test and diagnose issues
Modifying and Managing
- Utilise workflow tool to modify and make improvements
- Identify potential improvements to software configurations
Putting it Together Bake-off
- Synthesise multiple workflows to form a complex workflow
