Course Overview

Building an effective culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) is not just about executing a cluster of improvement projects. It requires investing in leadership commitment and framework that enables people to continuously improve through a structured and integrated approach.

This training provides participants with a structured and scientific process of developing people so that desired results can be achieved.

The participants will learn how to master an effective routine for developing fitting solutions again and again, along with unpredictable paths. This process builds on discovery that occurs along the way and adapts based on what they are learning so they become second nature.

When leaders practise and learn this routine to navigate through unclear territory, they can drive confidence and work through uncertainty with their team to achieve a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Highlights:

  • Understand the fundamentals of sustaining continuous improvement
  • Comprehensive framework to achieve sustained continuous improvement
  • Tailored learning content that fits your organization strategies
  • Coach employees to develop a continuous improvement mindset with Kata framework
