Pre-requisites

These are the admission requirements: 

  • You will be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) Level 2.
  • You will be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS Level 2.

Course Outline

  • Identify the duties and responsibilities of all personnel involved in confined space work under the WSH Legislations and Code of Practice
  • Identify confined space hazards
  • Use Gas Detection Instruments for atmospheric monitoring
  • Comply with Permit-to-Work system and safe work procedures when working in confined space
  • Participate in an Emergency for confined space

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

Upon completion of the course and passing the examination, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and a Safety Pass with 3 years validity from NTUC LearningHub will be awarded to you.
