Who Should Attend
This WSQ module is suitable for technicians, backroom staff (administrative etc) in the manufacturing industry.
Course Overview
The WSQ course for operational level workers will help workers in the industry understand the organisations structure, goal and how to achieve corporate and group objectives as a team. They will obtain the fundamental skills in communications, learn how to assist in team building, develop a team culture and improve team performance.
On completion of this module, participants will gain the knowledge and application skills in participating in work teams and be able to apply them in the workplace.

Pre-requisites
This is the admission requirement:
- Completed PSLE and are able to speak, read and write in basic English
or
- Participants with the following competency ratings from the Employability Skills System (ESS) are eligible:
- Listening/Speaking Min. Level 3
- Reading/Writing Min. Level 3
- Numeracy Min. Level 3
