Mode of Assessment
- Written tests (40 minutes) are conducted at the end of the training course.
- Written assignment needs to be submitted 14 days upon completion of the training.
- Presentation (20 minutes) will be conducted 2 days after the written assignment has been submitted
Who Should Attend
This course is suitable for supervisory/managerial staff in service-related jobs like IR technicians, manufacturing, logistics and real estate maintenance and management.

This course is developed to enable an individual to acquire supervisory skills and knowledge in supervising and implementing work improvement processes in the workplace. It is a systematic approach that workers can use to make incremental and breakthrough improvements in processes that produce products and services for customers.
