Who Should Attend
This course is targeted at the general public or executives with vested interest in learning about productivity improvement in the modern workplace, especially through the use of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools. They may hail from either small-medium enterprises, multinational companies, and public service agencies from various sectors. They may be from different in-dustries or currently unemployed and considering a return to the workforce. Employed workers may attend as individuals seeking to upskill themselves or identified and sent for training by their compa-nies. Industries that participants may hail from, include but are not limited to, hospitality, retail, manufac-turing, etc. It can benefit participants from small-medium enterprises, multinational companies, and public service agencies from various sectors and industries. Anyone interested in productivity man-agement, as enabled by cloud technology, may also gain from attending the course.

- Apply the appropriate virtual collaboration tools and techniques for productivity improvement
- Document productivity performance of tools and techniques used for virtual collaboration
Pre-requisites
Prior to attending this course, trainees should be able to:
- Read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WS level 4
- Communicate information effectively and work in a team
- Plan and organise resources and activities to complete work activities within timeframes
- Possess intermediate ICT skills

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
SSG’s Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to learners who have achieved 75% attendance and are Competent (PASS) in their assessment.
